Farminer Tech Group (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Loan Mate: AI Planner Android application (“App”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and what choices users have when using the App.

1. About the App
Loan Mate: AI Planner is a financial calculation and planning tool that may provide features such as:
EMI and loan calculations

SIP, FD, RD and GST calculations
Payment and budget planning
Estimated amortization information
Financial planning suggestions based on values entered by the user
The App does not provide loans, credit approval, banking services, investment services, or professional financial advice.

Loan duration
Monthly income
Expenses
Employment category
Address or personal details, where such fields are included
Other values required to perform calculations
This information is used to generate calculations and planning results.
Unless the App explicitly provides an online account, cloud backup, or submission feature, calculation values are normally processed or stored locally on the user’s device.
Users should not enter banking passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, credit-card details, or other confidential authentication information into the App.
3. Information Collected Automatically
The App uses third-party software development kits that may automatically collect or process certain technical information.

Advertising identifier
App-instance identifier

Firebase Analytics automatically records certain app events and user properties to measure usage and app engagement.

We do not use user-entered financial values to approve loans or make lending decisions.
5. Google Mobile Ads and Advertising
The App includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK, commonly used for Google AdMob advertising.

App interactions

Approximate location inferred from an IP address

6. Firebase Analytics
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand App usage and improve performance.

7. Firebase Remote Config
The App uses Firebase Remote Config to remotely manage certain App settings, content or feature availability.
Remote Config may process App-instance information, configuration-request information and technical device information necessary to provide the correct configuration.
Remote Config does not mean that the App provides remote access to a user’s device.
8. Firebase Cloud Messaging
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging, or FCM, to deliver notifications.
FCM may process:
App-instance or registration tokens
Device and application information
Notification-delivery information
Notification interactions
Message payload information necessary to deliver a notification
FCM is a cross-platform messaging service used to route and deliver notifications to devices.
Users can disable notifications through their device settings.
We do not intend to send highly sensitive personal or financial information through notification messages.
9. Google Play Install Referrer
The App uses the Google Play Install Referrer API.
This service may provide information about how the App was installed, including:
Referring link or campaign information
Installation timestamp
Click timestamp
App version at installation
Related referral information supplied by Google Play
This information may be used for attribution, analytics and measuring promotional campaigns. The Install Referrer API retrieves referral content from Google Play.

Locally stored calculation data remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, removed through an App feature, cleared through Android settings, or deleted when the App is uninstalled.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information.
However, no mobile application, network transmission or electronic-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Enough information to identify applicable records without sending passwords, OTPs or banking credentials
We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Information stored only on the user’s device can normally be removed by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.
Data controlled independently by Google or another service provider may need to be managed through that provider’s privacy controls.
17. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable local law.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request its deletion.
18. International Processing
Third-party providers may process information on servers located outside the user’s country.
Where required, information will be handled using appropriate legal safeguards.
19. Financial Disclaimer
Loan Mate: AI Planner is provided only for informational, educational, calculation and planning purposes.
The App does not provide or arrange loans.
The App is not a bank, lender, NBFC, loan broker or credit provider.
The App does not approve loan applications.
The App does not guarantee eligibility, approval, savings or financial results.
All calculations are estimates based on user-entered information.
Actual interest, fees, taxes, instalments and repayment amounts may differ.
The App does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Users should confirm all terms directly with an authorised financial institution or qualified professional before making a financial decision.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements or third-party services change.
The revised version will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after an update indicates acknowledgment of the revised policy.
